How to get silthide to spawn?
1 silthide spawn after about 8 hours of camping, 1 Pathrunner spawn after 12 hours of camping, and 1 Nakk and Luk spawn both after 14+ hours.

I later discovered that Pathrunner is a rare NPC with a 100% mount drop.
How do you get the sapphire river beast?
Sapphire Riverbeast is received from killing Silthide. Great Greytusk is received from killing Gorok. Mottled Meadowstomper is received from killing Luk’hok. Bloodhoof Bull is received from killing Nakk the Thunderer. Sunhide Gronnling is received from killing Poundfist.

To obtain the Great Greytusk mount all one has to do is locate the rare NPC called Gorok, wandering around several distant locations of the Frostfire Ridge in Warlord of Draenor. It has a 100% drop chance and will be available to loot for everyone who has tagged this NPC during the attack.
