Why is Norwex microfiber different?
There are two main reasons why that sets us apart from the other microfibers: (1) size of fibers, (2) silver embedded into the microfibers.. A unique knitting process, allows Norwex’s ultra-thick and absorbent cloths to pick up the smallest particles of dirt and trap them.
Is Norwex worth the money?
With Norwex, I would advise to prepare for sticker shock, but also – in my normally-very-frugal opinion, the Norwex cloths are actually worth the money because they last so long and are total workhorses in their efficiency. You should also know that Norwex is no cheap dollar store microfiber.
Can you use Dawn dish soap with Norwex?

What happens if you wash Norwex with regular detergent?
This is, unfortunately, unavoidable. Norwex microfiber is great at picking up, and holding onto dirt and grease, and over time they will stain, and start to look well used. The good news is that HOT water opens up the fibers, and with laundry detergent, more dirt and grease can be released from the fibers.

Can I use Tide with Norwex?
Norwex cloths can be washed alone or with lint-free laundry in your washing machine. Use the hottest setting possible for the best results. You can use regular laundry detergent, but do not use bleach or fabric softener in the wash. Lint-free or low-lint laundry items include jeans, T-shirts, and bedding.
Can I use vinegar with Norwex?

Why does my Norwex cloth stink?
Microfiber cloths may smell if the proper care instructions are not followed or if the water in your home or office is hard and high in mineral content. If your cloths smell, then we recommend washing them in hot water or soaking them overnight in Norwex laundry detergent and washing in hot water.
